Delivering what the Bulla Cream Creative promised guests, Executive Pastry Chef at the Shangri-La Sydney, Anna Polyviou demonstrated how ‘simple ingredients create delicious outcomes’ when launching the new Bulla Cream product range to media at an intimate event in Sydney on Thursday 31 October.

Treated to a dessert degustation of Pavlova Roulade, Cream Brulée, Chocolate Cream Eclair and Honey Pana Cotta media learnt of the versatilely and quality of the Bulla Cream range and were amongst a privileged few to experience the first ever collaboration between the Shangri-La and a product range – Bulla Cream.
