A toast to our Bulla Family Table…

Following the success of our Chefs’ Table event in Sydney, a selection of lucky media and influencers were invited to celebrate our culinary ambassadors as part of an exclusive lunch event in Melbourne.

The event, which took place at the Ozdare Academy in Collingwood on Wednesday 29 March, saw our favourite ambassadors, Kirsten Tibballs, Guillaume Brahimi and Justine Schofield create a world-class three-course menu for guests to enjoy.

Attendees were treated to an intimate dining experience with each dish served inspired by our ambassadors favourite Bulla creams.

The selection of dishes included an entrée of Cured King Salmon with Cucumber, Sour Cream Tartare and a Brioche Crumb by Justine Schofield, followed by a main of Duck Confit with Brussel Sprouts, Speck and Mustard Cream by Guillaume Brahimi and to finish, a Strawberry and Cream Puff dessert by the ‘Queen of Chocolate’, Kirsten Tibballs.

As part of the Family Table event, guests also had the opportunity to interact with our culinary ambassadors and speak with them about their ongoing collaborations with Bulla. As well as lunch, guests also received a selection of delicious petit fours made by Kirsten Tibballs to take home with them, along with detailed recipe cards of each ambassador’s course.
