Australia’s oldest manufacturer of soaps & home fragrance launches a new kind of ‘white’
Inherently associated with light, positivity & new beginnings, the colour white has long been part of the Tilley Story – a journey dating back to 1865. This year, the soaps & home fragrance house unveils its new-look Classic White range encapsulating 152 years of history with a contemporary element in an iconic new look.
In a remarkable achievement, the Tilley brand has survived two world wars, a great depression and the GFC. Paying homage to its roots, the new logo reflects Tilley’s original horse-drawn soap carts that served Melburnians in the 1800’s emblazoned with the Tilley name in strong serif typography.
Aptly named its ‘Classic White Collection’, Tilley’s signature range of Rough Cut Soaps, Soy Candles, Aroma Reeds & Body Products are offered in a selection of up to 42 fragrances.
“We are still very much influenced by our founder, Arthur Tilley, who described soap making as an art form,” said Tilley’s Sales & Marketing Manager, Robin Craigie.
“152 years on, we remain dedicated to the production of premium, Australian made products. With a fresh look achieved through refined design and tactile print finishes, we’re pleased to better cater for a new generation of fragrance aficionados,” Craigie continued.
