In the past few years we have watched the emergence of the new influencer taking on the role of media in their own right. Executed in a meaningful way, the authenticity of a social media or blog post, by the right person with an engaged following and credentials to back it up has become equal in currency to traditional media.

These influencers are individuals that can generate awareness, encourage trial and engagement of products and experiences, and build brand reputation amongst their own unique audiences.
