Today, for the second year running Mkt. was recognized for creating the most positive impact for their workers based on an independent, comprehensive assessment administered by the nonprofit B Lab (B Corporation).

We are honoured to be included in this years Best for Workers list, which includes businesses from 61 industries and 21 countries who all earned a ‘workers’ score in the top 10 percent of the global B Corp community. The Workers section of the B Impact Assessment assesses the company’s relationship with its workforce. It measures how the company treats its workers through compensation, benefits, training and ownership opportunities provided to workers. The category also focuses on the overall work environment within the company by assessing management/worker communication, job flexibility, corporate culture, and worker health and safety practices.

At Mkt., we believe step change will happen when the business community embraces the new economy and finds innovative ways of operating in it. As a team, we have set out to break the work-life balance model with a new way of ‘being’ in the workplace.
