This event was part of Bulla Dairy Foods Cream Team competition – a national six week search on social media to find three passionate foodies and cream crazed enthusiasts to join the Bulla Cream Team, and George Calombaris as Bulla Cream Ambassador, to create tasty, inspired dishes which help make meal time easier and more exciting for the every day chef and their families.

Saturday’s culinary skills tests saw contestants participate in several challenges which included a mystery box challenge, minestrone taste test, recreation of George’s snapper, home made pasta and creamed spinach dish and a basic skills test where participants whipped up an uncomplicated omelette. In addition, participants were treated to several Master Classes from George Calombaris and Head Chef at Hellenic Republic, Travis McAuley.
