As featured this week on trendwatching site Cassandra Daily, Kitchen Safe is a tamper-proof plastic container that helps people resist tempting treats. Users can store food in it and set a timer for anywhere from one minute to 10 days, although the former probably won’t do much good. After the box is locked, users have five seconds to change their minds since, afterwards, it won’t open until the timer reaches zero—even if the batteries are removed.
