On Tuesday 15th March, TAG Heuer held its highly anticipated Grand Prix Cocktail Party at Melbourne’s luxury urban rooftop, Luminare, to celebrate its new partnership with the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 Team and home-grown hero, Daniel Ricciardo.
Ricciardo headlined the star-studded guest list of high profile Australians, which included MTV host Kate Peck, Celebrity Chef George Calombaris, Fashion Artist Megan Hess, The Bachelor’s Tim Robards, Real Housewives of Melbourne Pettifleur Berenger, Janet Roach, Lydia Schiavello and sporting stars Peter Siddle, David Zaharakis, Stephanie Rice as well as social personalities including Nick and Rozalia Russian, Brooke Hogan, Saasha Burns and Tully Smyth to name a selection.
The celebrations kicked off the Formula 1 season in style as guests were treated to a F1 inspired menu designed by The Big Group and sipped on Veuve Clicquot.
Paying homage to TAG Heuer’s “Don’t Crack Under Pressure” motto, Ricciardo took on the darling of Australia’s club scene, DJ Minx, in a duel at the decks as mighty F1 engine roars amidst a sound and light display were enjoyed by all.
