Facebook has become a key part of brands online marketing efforts and many companies are taking part in utilising their Facebook wall to reach out to their consumers. So just how do we attract and engage our consumers on Facebook?
Facebook marketing specialist Buddy Media Media recently undertook a study to determine a set of best practices for posting on Facebook brand pages. A key finding included that posts should be short and sweet.. Posts between 80 characters or less had, on average, a 27% higher engagement rate than those with more than 80 characters, but accounted for only 19% all posts.
